I don't really have a starting word, I'm chasing the glory of getting it first guess. I try and use the first word that comes to my head that isn't plural or ending in ed. If I can somehow remember if it's already been used, that helps. It can lead to a few lay-ups and heart in mouth guesses by the last word.
