Beach is a good starting word too, it’s my go-to.

I use Reach for similar reasons. But I just change it up on the fly.

I was using ADIEU for a while to nail the vowels but honestly its easier to try and figure out the consonants first. Or specifically the first letter of the word (which is rarely a vowel).

I find brain a good word to start with as it gives you 2 vowels and 2 common consonants (n & r).

Possibly. I find having an uncommon letter helps though, even just for the off chance that it's there.
