For a game that millions play across the globe, Wordle really needs to stop with Yank slang. Homer and Howdy were both awful word choices, and today's isn't much better.

I wish the NYT would cater the words to where it's played.

Australian players get Aussie words and day to day words.
Poms get likewise.
Seppos and Canucks likewise.
