I came here to post parkinsons, but got beaten to it. Saw a guy in his house, went to get his gun, accidently shot himself from shaking.

You might be on the right track, but if I recall correctly the OP told us it was an intentional suicide. An Parko wouldn't accidentally point a gun at his own head.
Was the other man responsible for his disability?
Is there any relationship between the other man and whatever would have prevented suicide that was under the bed?
