A man lies dead in a telephone booth. All around him is shattered glass. The phone is off the hook. Noone else was around at the time. How did he die?
Was the shattered glass surrounding him from the booth or another source or both the booth and another source?
Did anything or anyone hit the booth?
Did he have any belongings with him?
Was he making a reverse-charges call?
Was he sling-tackeled by Jack Trengove?
He was a fisherman, and was on the phone to his mate, telling him how big a fish that he had caught was.
His mate didn't believe him, so he tried to emphasize the size by sticking his arms out, thus breaking the glass, slashing his wrists and he bled to death.
