That's because every fielding coach in the world tells you to be as still as possible when taking a catch. That effort from Dawlat (and Boult from NZ the other day) was under 11s stuff.

Trouble is, there's no proof the ball would have clipped the stumps.

And it's just something I don't think I'll ever come around to agreeing with. I'd feel much more comfortable catching without breaking stride to leap in the air if it's comfortable enough to get to
