Not surprising, if Sri Lanka had been at the WCQ I very much doubt they would've qualified.
Having said that, Afghanistan are no guarantees to win, although they might fancy themselves more if there's rain delays...

Early days but Afghanistan seem to be bottling it. Seems like they're only a few bad overs from turning on each other in the field with the body language which could result in this innings getting really ugly for them.
Did the same at the WCQ. Lost the first three matches (and didn't really look like winning them), clawed a win over Nepal to go through on NRR and didn't lose a match afterwards.
Giving away 17 extras in 5 overs is pretty ordinary though.
