The premise (and so far as I can tell this has actually been confirmed) is that guy cums in female, traces of semen containing insert a number of substances here are left in there, when female pees then said semen containing insert PED here ends up in specimen jar.
Unlikely? Yes.
Plausible? Surprisingly, also yes.

In most other sports Sinner would have had a long ban, but the tennis authorities bottled it.
The sooner sports governing bodies get serious about drug cheats the better for sprt instead of trying to sweep it under the rug.
