Franklin is a great player, but so is Selwood


Tambling has shown this year that he will be at least a good player he has allready played 80 odd games, Thorpe doesnt look like he will even play at all. Especially since he hasnt played this year even with all the hawks injuries

On that basis missing Selwood is a bigger draft mistake

Hawks have enough young gun midfielders not disputing Selwoods contribution week in week out. The hawks will be better next yr I think they are injury riddled this yr.

Franklin will win Hawthorn more games and be more effective than Selwood in the long run.

Chris Judd doesnt actually win Carlton games as a midfield. KPP are the best thing a team can have in AFL.

Sorry im going by last year when I went to the Grand Final. I think Sam Mitchell is currently a better player than Selwood but Selwood will be much better than him.
