I went Cassisi. As previously referred to Williams didn't want him and he's probably the only player with more than 5 players in the team better qualified for the captaincy. C. Cornes, K. Cornes, S. Burgoyne, P. Burgoyne and probably Salopek as well

Do you reckon Brett Kirk is a shit captain? Him and Cassisi play nearly exactly the same way. You want a captain who can do the hard stuff and set the example for his teammates, not a softie like Lloyd. Great player, don't get me wrong, but not a great captain.

You aren't serious are you? Cassisi is tougher than the entire Bombers team combined. Choco not wanting him captain tells me that not all of the 6 and a half billion people on this planet have the same view on every subject. I don't even get the Chad Cornes comment.

Sorry buddy but no one is tougher than Matthew Lloyd, he's injuries over the years consists of:

• the grass that he chucked up in the air when lining up for goal to tell him the wind ratio got in his hair and slightly disembled the perfect structure it was in by changing 5 of the atoms electron ratio.
• One time an umpire didn't buy into one of his poses, ouch!
• In 2003 over at Subiaco it was warm and he jacked his pants up (higher) and it broke his G-string.

Utterly utterly sad. I seem to remember last year when Judd and Lloyd hit head on, Lloyd got straight up to prove a point. Judd stayed down and missed the next week. I'd revise who you call soft.

I'll start off by saying that I am not trying to troll here nor is this in any way bitterness talking.

I didn't vote for Judd - but he was high on my list. Once you get past the greatness that the guy is, you kind of realise that he isn't really all that much of a captain. It may very well be that he didn't want the job at West Coast - but he doesn't really seem to inspire in many ways other than his onfield actions.

Agree with the above, I'll also add that people see him as a bad leader as he jumped ship right when West Coast needed him.

Lloyd cleaned up Cornes with a beauty of a bump back in '04, you don't remember? Oh, that's right... you probably jumped on in '05 after the premiership

Even if I was a bandwagoner, which I'm not, that makes no sense at all. I doubt many bandwagoners don't support teams that make the top 4 four years in a row, win the minor premiership three times and then win a premiership, but then jumped on the 'bandwagon' in '05 where we didn't even look like making the finals for most of the year. Unless you're trying to imply I'm some kind of reverse bandwagoner, in which case I would've already been supporting Essendon after the Brisbane Grand Final loss.

And if you can remember each individual bump made by Matthew Lloyd, it just shows that he's soft. I definitely couldn't remember every single bump by someone like Michael Wilson or Byron Pickett.

Yeah, it does matter. Lloyd felt the pressure and pushed his kick ever so slightly. Johnson completely shat his dacks and was lucky to register a behind. There's a difference.
