Russia, brutal dictatorships that are ongoing, killed a lot more than Germany in WWII, and their advance towards Japan meant that they force the Americans to drop a couple of nuclear bombs as well.

Why is Iceland on the list? 50 people live there (all related) along with a stray dog, a chicken and a llama that escaped from tbeir zoo. They are harmless and so is Iceland.

My vote goes to the Saudis. They have an atrocious human rights record, are unashamedly misogynistic, don't give a rats arse about the environment, are all corrupt and treat their neighbouring countries with utter contempt.
