In order;
1. Gout. The most intense, prolonged pain I've ever experienced.
2. Toothache.
3. Cricket ball slamming into my box at around 140k, splitting it open and re-closing with half my scrotum caught in it.

I'll update mine from my previously posted... gout, migraine and a forceful scrotum impact, going to the top of the pile now is side affects from 7 weeks throat radiation treatment. Grade 3 radiation burns are a bitch.

mate when young experienced testicular torsion
My now 12 year old grandson has had that twice, hopefully it doesn't happen again to the poor young fella.

How long did the pain last? And was there no effective pain relief???
Sounds awful, hope you are ok now.
Pain was the worst in the couple of weeks after the treatment ceased which is what the specialists told me could happen, Fentanyl patches, liquid oral morphine and Silver sulfadiazine cream were my go to pain relief, I still needed to go up to emergency once because the pain got so bad though, only time in my life I have cried because of pain.
It's been a couple of months since treatment finished so all good now.
