It boasts Melbourne's newest hospital, a redeveloped shopping centre including 8 cinema's, Kangan Batman TAFE, brand new state of the art learning centre and a town hall part owned by North Melbourne Football Club.

Nth Melbourne sold out of the Town Hall about 12 months ago. They have nothing to do with the place now.

And just where does Ms High & Mighty live then?

Broadmeadows has the park across from the shops, the one at the cnr of Pascoe Vale & Barry Rds amongst a few others.

Wouldn't have a club about how many people it can facilitate, but i know that they the hospital and it's staff at fantastic.

Broadmeadows has former commission houses, which were sold in the late 70's early 80's. Besides, who gives a rats behind what they used to be, fact is, they are people's homes, and people look after and do to them what they want, regardless of their original purpose. Home is after all, where you dig it!

Oh yeah. Back in my day, those no good 3047 Boys gave "Broady" a bad name, so to distance ourselves from the hoodlems and thugery, we always refer to it as Broadmeadows.
