I read it in about a day at the start of Year 12, I really enjoyed it.

my point is that it's inappropriate here. to read it for the first time, take in the story and appreciate the quality of the writing would most people with commitments at least a few weeks, if not months (albeit we know you read it like a lee child novel).

All i've done is defended it against claims that i would call stupid. That doesn't automatically mean that i think everyone should read it in this book club. I would never, ever push a book onto people to read, ever.

As a bookseller who has watched his industry being carved up by the internet I can more than believe it. As it happens I have to go and buy a copy tomorrow, if you want I can buy one for you too and send it on.
