I cant help but think Wallace has given us the fresh start we needed to begin burying the frawley mindset.
Seems we got to the stage with danny where we would have been no chance at pulling ourselves out of the negative and fighting it out for victory.

In Terry's pre season with the club he has definitely recognised some key factors that were the catalyst of our losing mentality.

Obviously the wins are good for morale but more importantly serve as a clean slate and a new beginning under Wallace.

Our kids now have an interpertation of victory to go by and understand fighting out a game.

Great stuff all round.

I just hope the competitive edge stays with us even when we cop a rodgering in the weeks to come.

Hopefully it has shown the first week up as an abberation .

Nothing worse than the way we have flown the white flag in recent times . Opposition teams stringing 6 - 8 - 10 unanswered goals at a time against us , turning that into losing 10 - 12 - 14 games in a row without resistence .

I`m sure plough recognises this as the first flaw that has to be addressed .

Whilst we have to recognise that Hawks and Dogs are not exactly the hottest teams going around at the minute , there has been a bit of sting in both games ( mentally ) and it is very encouraging to come out with wins in both games

Perhaps, but we'll have to wait and see. Frawley used to beat the Dogs and Hawks too.

4 out of 8 against the hawks including a 1 and 3 point win is hardly great.

Give the current regime some credit.

why do we bring up this blokes name again? new era lads.

I entirely agree, some people sound like obsessed ex boyfriend/girlfriend the way they can't let the whole Frawley thing go. Just remember in 2003 we were 6-2 after 8 rounds and last year 4-4. Including this year we are 12-7 up to round 8 and 1-28 afterwards. However I do have faith in the current coaching department

Yep, agreed. Get over it.

Simply a benchmark lads.

He is hard to get out of our minds after what he put us through. Don't know about ex-girlfriend etc, more like ex-Glenn Close, bunny-boiling, stalking psycho that was haunting you for five years. Time to move on and look ahead though.
