is He going to be playing?....and any other recruits signed?

i dont know SMACKERS but was told
he walked out on Parkside after a couple of weeks.back in 2011
they went onto make the grand final.
he then went to Springs for no success!!
Thought Altona would have been after someone with more notches under there belt!!
good luck to him anyway!!!

Pissant, not much is known div 2 wise, ive been out the loop a bit. Everyone has done this done that, silly season is what it is. Have heard some mates and ex team mates of mine are bangin' the door down at west. Ill be investigating make no mistake, if the grape vine is gospel, blokes will be lining up for a gig, me being one. (In the magoos) lol. Nth foots seem to be taking the mature age route, and splashing the cash. G'orden seem solid from reports, but may lose more than gain. Parkside, well who cares, and the rest no word. And it probably wouldnt matter. Smackers the new mr burns of altona, clearly he pinched that one.
Anyway, im out, and oh yeah, weapons youre a coward.

Wowsers, I get banned from this site for upsetting people and some whinger spooked up to admin and I come back to news that Smackers is the new coach of Altona and Altona are the new North Footscray of Div 1. Must be clutching at straws. Surely there is better options. Some one tell me this is trial and error. Surely Russo would be a better option on his own.
I heard they owe large to the league and players have walked out left right and centre...
Then I see blokes saying that he is taking a number of lakers players with him... LOL.. If the answer to a dismantling div 1 side is to recruit from a mediocre div 2 side, then what on earth is the WRFL coming to?
Rumour has it that the laker players wanted him gone mid season but the club stuck with him..
On the other side, very excited about the new club Tarneit Titans coming into the comp. I went past their training session last gift and they had some reasonably good numbers. Get on board ladies and gents. TT14

TipTop no investigating needed, you know exactly who WF have signed. Rumour has it C.Thomas has also signed. Hahahaha
I think a couple of Parksiders may be on board. Training starts next Wednesday so i guess we'll find out more then. Kane Liossis is back from Spotty as well.

I will say this once and once only, enough of the crap about Gary and Caroline springs. If you do not have balls enough to come clean on who you are, please pull your head in and stop with the crap. There is people being blamed for your bullsh1t and you then go on to say that your now playing at Tarneit. Well maybe it's time to focus on Tarneit and give up on worrying about Gary Turner and Caroline Springs. Gary has moved on to greener pastures and so have we.

i heard last night that a handful of players have walked out of Altona.
a couple have already been linked to West Footscray.
im not in the know who!!
But also the new 18s coach at Wests Sam Young,1 of Laverton's guns might be bringing a few with him.
all im hearing about is Wests this Wests that...Lucas McGhie back there is massive!!
they obviously have people working very hard down there!!
im hoping Braybrook and North Sunshine can turn things around.

I really didn't want to reply to this BS, but I can't let you have the last word. It's just me.
I really don't care anymore who you and everyone think is behind the crap that's being dribbled out of I know sweet fa's gob.. I know my thoughts and opinion on who it is and I will leave it at that.
I sleep extremely comfortable at night in a very dark house.
Anyway, like the conversation I had with Smackers the other day, its time to move on.
Growie was appointed because he was the pick of the bunch, the best candidate.
Smackers didn't even apply and instead chose to recap his 3 years with the selection panel.
I will say this though, I was lucky enough to coach for one year under smackers as the reserves coach at Caroline Springs.
Much to the innuendo floating about, I enjoyed it. I got along very well with him and still to this minute have respect for him. But to be accused of having an alias and bag him out from behind it, I won't accept. I don't need to beg or plead for anyone on this site to believe me because as previously mentioned, I actually can and do sleep well at night.
I have no reason to hide my identity, I love footy and respect all clubs, coaches and players through every comp.
For the last time, and I say this with full intentions of never returning to this pathetic trouble making thread, this is the only account Marty Weaver logs into and has ever posted from. I thought this four was for men and mature footballers? #ithoughtfacebookuserswereimmature.. Enjoy 2014 lads. Who knows, might even pop back past at seasons end to have a laugh at those people making early predictions.

What ML players were across at tarneit? Surely none of the senior team of last season, surely not after there for season and what they achieved anyway

Think there may have been 1 or 2 seniors. Pretty sure most are reserves players going across though. Going to head down and have a watch of their training tonight, should be a better gauge of numbers with good weather
