Matty Sutton will absolutely dominate this competition. Anyone running a book on League B&F I want odds if he actually signs. Also leading goal kicker!
Can anyone advise if his coaching experience is to be utilised in an official manner.
Could easily play DIV 1 even at his age.

I had heard rumours he was rethinking retirement plans & totally agree would be a super get by springs haven't seen him play but have heard he is a talisman up fwd and good bloke with a depth of footy knowledge which would help a pretty young team. Think springs need a target up fwd goals looked hard to come by last year!
has he officially signed on? Or are we still just speculating....

Is wingy playing think he has plenty to offer as a fwd but I noticed limited games last year thought maybe hung the boots up?
*on the springs CONFIRMED recruits from what I know manolis played at bloods last couple seasons? In the bfl mainly down back as a pocket and think he won a b&f in the ressies down there the higher standard will hold him in good stead & don't know much about Davey other than he played reserves all year last season & is a bit of a workman like on hf can go on ball from reports

No argument with anything you are saying. Would no doubt be the best pick up of the off season. All I am saying is, he is not a patch on the old Boofa because of age creeping up and also consistent knee problems. Just to quantify I am not potting the Bloke I will say he is one of the best players to have laced up a boot in the WRFL. Trouble with this Board is you get one poster who misconstrues a post and replies to it and then others read that post then all of a sudden it is a shit fight.

Blake pilkington: tall mid type handy skills another great get will improve them
Tyson Bock: adds height can play fwd or back interesting to see where he lines up comes from central Murray

Glenorden:
Have added mostly young kids coming out of 18's plenty of boys from hoppers where they have a good junior program so will be interesting to see how they go

Manor lakes:
Corey lawson: on baller from bfl comes with big wraps
Jackson lesko: another bfl from darley one of their best in ressies all year kicked plenty of goals

West footscray:
Steve mcAnulty: obvious reasons guys a legend of port colts dangerous mid kicks plenty of goals
Hayden bray: young gun brother of Toby from hoppers
Travis Browne: spots wood mainly played ressies will play key position down back
Jamie Zerafa: strong on baller adds more depth to what looks a potent midfield

That's funny if his saying his dad will bash them as Phil was not that type of player back in the day. He was more of an outside running player. Nth Ken were one of the most toughest clubs back in the day, but Phil was not involved in most of that rough stuff. Was a pretty handy player though..

my mail tells me its Cain Ackland ex Carlton ruckman appointed capt/coach of Parkside.
33 yrs old and last played AFL in 2008 I think. Not sure what his been doing since then but will be a good pick up. Hopefully his bringing some players as well..
