If that is true, doesn't say much about the SL coach and his choice of who he offers money too. Did you 2 Div 3 coaches catch up for a chat? Nice to see some WRFL Div 3 coaches at the game
I can't comment for other blokes but I stood behind the coaches and listened to them talk at qrt times and during the qrts

Both were pretty good to my ear although Point Cook do seem to have a lot of Coaches for a d4 team, is that normal?

I will admit it was a praccy but the level of footy was horrible but I have no idea how many each team were missing

Only blokes that stood out were 11 for Glen Eira and 33 for Point Cook

And any coach that has the b@lls to walk into another club at a praccy and offer cash should be disciplined. That poor form at best.

Na mate, the most completely non disrespectful post. How could one take offence to it. If the League is so rubbish and you have no current association with any club why come on here and pot them all and individuals in the league.

Well the fact that you said you had read previous posts, by assumption that means you understood that they had spent more money on their side this season then previous ones? By doing so have improved their team. Thus you wouldn't have a clue where they will finish or how well they played. You speak uninformed dribble and quite frankly it's frustrating. It's like you come on this site to start a fight then reply with how good a footballer you were and how you're superior IQ and wealth means you know better then all posters. Move on mate, the footy world doesn't need you.
You make me laugh... Many assumptions made in that post... IQ? Wise and street-smart yes, IQ - means very little actually... Wealth? Massive assumption from you and or others. Because I work a 4 day week, I am assumed wealthy? Cool. If that suits you. I work hard and because I am wise and street-smart I have set myself up well enough but happiness is wealth. As for talking up my own ability... I may point out the highest level I played to some knobs that think they are auperstars in div 2 or 3, combined with the fact that I was way past my best when I did come across as a playing coach and was serviceable at best. If I was at my peak abilities I can assure you I would have stayed at the highest levels I could have played at... As for my 'dribble', I know more about the game as a player and a coach than most (so that means 51% or more in case I am mistaken as saying I know more than everyone) and definitely more than you ever will. So just keep reading my posts when they appear and smile and just enjoy life :)

I'm not a coach of any league and never have been or want to be or would even remotely be any good at it

Only an idiot would take that on its a mugs job IMO

I'm happy to help at the Vikings and sink beers but some pillock from VAFA that hates anything to do with Wrfl thinks he knows who I so assume also if you wish.
Feel free to just give us a first name then if that helps your case and you still then feel 'safe' behind your alias...

Well in your new role at the WRFL. I expect you to put your foot down. Might change my opinion. ..

Id make a formal complaint Daniel

That is not acceptable by any coach if that is what happened.

And my role is part time and simply advisory I have about as much pull as a flea

I'm happy to speak to David when I see him Wednesday but I'm sure he will say he can't do anything unless the club contacts him

Wow, street smart too, im impressed Justin. Mind you, i could imagine you being confronted by a gun toting bandit in a pokies raid and you lecturing him on the brand of pistol he is carrying and how pointing it incorrectly like he is, is no good for his posture.:p

How did Laverton go in Geelong on Saturday? Ressies & Seniors?
Just read this on the GDFL thread. I wasn't there so pls don't reply to me.. Just passing it on..

Belmont beat Laverton by 30 goals on Saturday, we had 20 missing due to work and cricket, 10 definite walk up senior players, but no disrespect to Laverton they tried hard and must have had a few out too.

Already said that, don't get Laverton magpies started again!
He's not trying to claim it's good for the team is it.
The point of practice matches is to get touch on the footy and see what your working with for that season
If your playing a team that will flog you then you obviously don't get to touch the footy.
Clubs that do this make the stupidest decisions
SL picked a good opponent for yesterday but wow didn't that backfire :D
