like who ? i could name 4 off the top of my head that would be a walk up start in any div 3 side and most div 2 sides. but as long as the coach remained the coach you didn't have a worry
Which 4?
Bellingham when he got dropped a couple of times yes would walk into most div 2/3 sides
But the rest would of been prefermance based

Too many blokes that think they are superstars can carry on and just do what they want and when they want as they are talented but guess what? Footy is a TEAM game and if they don't want to conform, go and play tennis, golf or pong. Many of the blokes referred to here possibly fall into the category of bloke that I have outlined above. There were way too many of these blokes at a club that I once coached...

can only name names from the players i seen play twos but off the top of my head ill say

bellingham,bradford, johnstone and docherty
-Bellingham yes, obviously a gun when he turns up to play.
-Bradford would've probably been number 1 ruck anywhere else but didn't get a gig because Charenko and Sidebottom has it all covered, not because of the coach.
-Johnston is hit and miss. Looks amazing on the track, great skills, great fitness, but makes too many decision making errors. Would definitely play 1s in any div 3 side, div 2? Not so sure.
-Docherty?? Featured in the best players twice all year. Was supposed to be one of our best on ballers but we found ourselves waiting and waiting for a decent performance but honestly just struggled to find the footy.

Bellingham yes
Bradford they had enough talls but dominated the twos
Johnson and docherty didn't do much all year that's why they got dropped then sooked up!!

Just thought I would add something. I have not seen a game of div3 but if this Bradford is a good ruckman he should go to another club and play ones. Money or no money I don't understand why anyone would play div3 reserves if you are good enough to play ones. It's playing the best level you can while you can. Otherwise you will regret it later.

PS: surely if your a ruckman at Braybrook you look elsewhere unless you can kick more than 10goals playing ruck. Lol
Where are you Braybrook ruck? Not on a Valentine's dinner with yourself.. Lol joking..

Just moved over this side of town, looking for a new club where I could potentially play seniors. Not interested in money just a good culture. Played mostly 19 premier last year in the vafa but played 5 or 6 senior a grade games as well, just interested as to whether that holds any significance.

Tarneit have a good set of blokes down there from what I've heard. Pretty close not bunch after getting rid of the rabble from last year.

Only other club I can really comment on is Sanctuary Lakes as I know a Few of the guys that play there and they haven't realy had any problems but it all depends.

If you want to hopefully play seniors I'd suggest trying out Tarneit considering.

If you've played A Grade Ammo's, ability-wise you should be looking at a First Division Club only and if looking for a better culture steer possibly towards Spotswood or Werribee (ex-Ammo's), otherwise Williamstown CYMS that are still in the Ammo's

Before you make your mind up, take a look at north sunshine, has one of the best grounds in the league and a great bunch of people

Have to agree with Laverton Magpies here; if you've played Premier 19s and managed to get a couple of games in Premier Seniors, then Div 3 might be a bit below your abilities. Although I'd like to have you playing at Tarneit, you're probably more suited to a Hoppers Crossing/Altona/Werribee Divvy 1 team

Last year they were more concerned about cleaning people up than actually winning games of footy. Plenty of encouragement came from the coaches box to hit late etc when they played us. Would strongly recommend you avoid North Sunshine
