My right wrist requires a reconstruction hopefully at the end of the year, this makes it incredibly tough for me to lift weights due to it being a grip issue, I was wondering if anyone knows how to lift weights using my forearm, or a different way that wouldn't put strain or stress on my wrists? This has been an ongoing injury for about 3 years now.
