Inspired by the very popular wrist watch lovers thread on the lifestyle board - anyone else have an unhealthy obsession with watches or wants to share their watch collection?

Personally I'm not big on accessories and flashy jewellery, give me a timeless masterpiece as a statement any day.

Currently drooling over:

I'm not usually a fan of fashion labels making watches - so count me out for the Chanel/Gucci jazz but this Cartier is orgasmic - sans leather band is a nice touch too.

I know it's a male watch but the detail on this A.lange & sohne dial is too good to not mention. Hate the leather band though. Very similar to the equally gorgeous e. borel too.

Can't show pics but I do love a good watch. Got 2 black band digital ones, one was my brother's which I've had since I was 11.

I have a simple silver analog one which goes nicely with suits or other "fancy" outfits.

Being the huge nerd that I am, this baby would set my world on fire

Yeah the two-tone is really hit & miss. Not a fan of it either, I find the gold too yellow against the clean steel / white gold - depends how you roll.

I'd rather go all gold or all silver. But silver > gold more often than not

A watch like any accessory can make a or break a look. A tie is a tie but a black tie looks more professional than a stripper one. A good looking watch just can add a bit of class to an outfit

Spent too much time with the missus...

Oooh that's nyce! I don't wear all gold jewelry/watches though. I have my eye on the Bausele watch, Rose gold, stainless steal with zircons, & mother of pearl face. Aussie brand. Just no release date for it yet:(
