Even on clay scrubs have been taking her to 3 and beating her

I think it was 14 points, in total, that Pliskova won.

Scary. When Swiatek is in this form, she is not only unbeatable but untouchable as well. mirror of the French Open last year and we all know what happened there.

Just happy she's back playing to be honest, results are one thing, it's important she's happy more than anything. Love her game.

I have been watching more than posting due to me being lazy. Rome was a good tournament overall. Bit disappointed about Barty's injury hopefully she is resting her arm and not playing golf.

Swiatek in the Rome final was unbelievable, definitely my favourite to back up her FO win from last year. I really can't handle watching Sablenka her OTT grunting and just thumping the ball. Her epic meltdown in Madrid was embarassing.

I guess we will see but I doubt Barty was injured. She was on and off again due to the rain and wouldn't have wanted to risk having to play 2 matches in a day on the back up from Stuttgart and Madrid.

Gadecki has made the W25 Madrid ITF finals. Making three ITF finals in three months is a fair effort.

Every time I watch Alexandrova I’m impressed and wonder why she hasn’t achieved more. Having a pretty good season, maybe a late bloomer. I think she could be a surprise packet at Wimbledon, even despite her horrible record there.
