Stop looking purely at ranking. Kartal has been on a roll lately for starters, and can easily be seeded at least by the US Open. That was always a 50/50 match with Kartal having the abilty to hit winners a bit easier.

With a stack of close matches this was never going to be easy. He game suits grass too. Dasha is fine but she draws a girl that can volley and hit through her she’s in big trouble and she was. Nothing to see hardly some Neville nobody that beat her been improving all year
I legit thought Kartal was a dude when I first saw her 
Not looking purley at ranking Badosa is a far superior player that she was able to beat compared to Kartal. Badosa hits winners too.

Badosa is half fit mate, she came into the french pulling out of the two lead in events, was a miracle she lasted more than a round really, and colour me shocked she's already injured again. I almost view Badosa as a part time player these days, her body just can't cope unfortunately

Yep winning a round is about all she has she can never back it up, was beyond fortunate to play a girl more cooked than her round 2, before losing the round after. Her “final” was the Osaka match
