So, Bouchard is in the final of Istanbul. 2020 hey, wonder what is going to happen next.

But seriously, she has shown a lot of commitment to stay in Europe and work hard on the clay. Her results are showing that improvement. She is on an upward trend.

this final was nuts btw. Bouchard came back from 4*-1 in the last, saved 7(!) Match points to lose in the last set TB

Ostapenko peaked early and achieved success at a young age. I also think she's happy with her money and fame. Though probably thinks her power game will help her win matches

Azarenka def Kenin 60 60

Is kenin injured or was Azarenka that good?!
I don't know. Think more kenin, but just a crazy result.

Moscow and Linz tournaments have been canned. I can't see much tennis after the French if covid continues to form the 2nd wave in Europe.

Finally a final with top seeds together, 1 & 2 Halep and Pliskova will face off in the Rome final.
Have watched a few of Halep's recent matches and she is already peaking, playing some great tennis and looks prime for a French title. Only question is, is she peaking a little early before the tournament has even begun and can she maintain this high standard.
