I was speaking to an official from Sth Adelaide today, the big rumour is Graham Johncock to Melbourne next year. He also reckons McKernan will be a damn good player and Cook will be very, very lucky to make it as an AFL footballer. He also said Otten is going to be a very good footballer, really down to earth guy and very commited, a real good bloke.

As for Thompson, the sooner they give him the captaincy the better.

I doubt that's true - he would be further away from his family and Aboriginals value their family A LOT so they usually stay close to each other! If any Adelaide player wants to leave, they're obviously not the brighest candle on the cake - who would want to leave?! We've got such an exciting list and a premiership should only be a couple years away! (SHOULD is the key word....who knows what will happen though.)
