Dimma has made it clear he does not know what is wrong, nor how to fix it. Would be an interesting conversation if any of us went into our Boss' office and said the same thing. Why is he still there if he can't identify the issues, or have a plan to rectify them ?

We all know we can't get our hands on the footy. That is under 11's philosophy. Dimma is paid to coach a senior AFL side. Clearly, he has no idea and is facing the media like a interim coach waiting for the season to end.

I thought he said he knew why this week.... LMAO? .... yet he doesnt know what to do?

Exactly , it's a professional sport and it's time to get someone in that can deliver. If he was working for me he would of had a written warning when we recruited Hampson , another one when he failed to put Maric on the LTI list and promote Miles and his third and final one when he went into the Gold Coast Game with such a tall forward line on a greasy night which is basically any night in Queensland for footy.

no mate I was wrapped they were in front , but as soon as the opposition make a change we are ****ed, just like Liverpool was in certain games. and Chelsea for that matter, Dimma has NFI and yeah I was pissed ogff with the second half.

I guess all players come into the AFL and play like Gary Ablett from day one.

Arnot has shown enough at AFL level to indicate that if provided with enough experience he could become a solid second string midfielder. It would be nice to see him get as many opportunities as some of the other hacks at this club.

That's great, because I really don't think anyone, or very few, watch the game as "Dimma Lovers" "Dimma Haters" "Dimma Mehs" or whatever.
It was painful to watch for sure when we had no answers, no one is at all happy with the season but Dimma will be here all year and it's highly likely that he will be here at the start of next season.

Fair enough.
I probably went a bit overboard.
Yes what you say is right and probably the most balanced view I've read about him.
I just get really sick of people raving about him.
I see a few twos games and he's just going.
