Lol have they honestly rebooted King of the Ring just to try to add another notch on Roman's belt?
He isn't in the tournament. The finals for KOTR hasn't been decided. Roman vs Roawn is it's own stand alone match

I'm going to declare that the pre-show will feature at least two of the following matches:
  • Cruiserweight title match (That's a given)
  • Intercontinental title match (Who or what's more irrelevant in current day WWE: the Intercontinental title or Shinsuke Nakamura?)
  • Women's Tag Team title match (Vince really doesn't care for women's tag team wrestling)
  • SmackDown Tag Team title match (if a men's tag team title match is going on the pre-show, it won't be the one featuring Seth Rollins)

Didn't watch every match from start to finish but man that was a really fun show.

Some solid booking, crowd was vocal and each match was given a chance despite the card being super stacked.

Some thoughts:
- Fiend finishing the show was great. He is super over with the crowd and it goes to show when a bit of creativity is applied great things can happen
- Bailey/Flair copped the short time slot, but I felt it was a perfect way to do it. Flair dominated then got absolutely pipped.
- Sascha/Lynch was pretty damn good. Love the brawl around the arena, never gets old. Not sure if having Lynch come out on top was the right call, but we'll see where it goes from here.
- Roman/Rowan was surprisingly decent. Roman took some huge bumps. Would've been nice to see Harper return as a face but we'll see where it goes from here.
- Miz/Shinsuke was really fun. Sami Zayn was hilarious.
- Roode pinning Rollins is pretty huge for him.
- Didn't watch Orton/Kofi but I am ready for Kofi to drop the title. He's had a decent reign. Time for someone new.

sounds like I didn't miss a great deal...
Yea I don't agree with AFD's view. Whole thing was fairly run of the mill and crowd didn't sound that in to it except for Banks v Lynch and then were flat after that for the remainder.

Wasn't that bad things happened or the wrestling was poor it's just let down by morbidly poor build up on TV and stars/results people have been taught not to care about.

The Fiend as the next Universal Champion? Please make it happen, Vince.

Looks like it could be Heading that way but will he win it at Survivor Series or do they make longer where the Fiend wins the Royal Rumble then win the Title at WM

strike while the iron is hot and do it ASAP. No idea who to feud him with, but as if WWE knows either.
