When did the sublimated numbers actually start for Geelong? I know a few teams were still using stitch-on numbers into the 2000s. Possibly those were darker than the sublimated hoops.

I asked the owner the colour of the numbers and he said black. From the look it appears to be the same guernsey and numbers from his first goal in R3 2002:

So which year are we saying they had Navy numbers? Only since 2006 when they were sublimated into the design of the back?
