As a regular tram rider, hook turns are brilliant. Priority should be given to public transport IMO.

I’m a fan of them too.

Cars turning right out of the way, clears the intersection.

There should be more of them.
The tram angle makes sense and it couldn't be for any other reason. Sort of a Melbourne thing really. For a gaijin like me at the time, it was wtf are these people doing...and then...💡
Problem is it gives people the wrong idea that anything goes and now people turn left from the far right lane...

Haven’t you ever bought a single orange or apple?
Yes I have. And there's no need for it to have a label. Or a bar code.

Some time far into the future a historian will pinpoint the date that western civilisation started going into terminal decline was the year they started putting labels on pieces of fruit.

Except it’s not just “a apple” or “a orange”. It’s a Royal Gala, a red Delicious, a golden Delicious, a Fuji, a Granny Smith, a Gala, a Pink Lady, a Jonathan, a Jazz; or a Navel, a Valencia, a Blood, a Tangelo. All priced differently.

But they all have the same pronoun - it. So far.

Did they start labelling individual pieces of fruit the same year analingus became popular. If so, I think future historians will have a lot of fun working out correlations.

They’ll have to label dates then 🤔

Probably a Perth thing.
Mum needs the massive 4wd to drive kids to and from school taking up limited parking space.
Go down to my dry-cleaners , 3 allocated parking bays
One 4wd straddled 1 1/2 bays.

Not just a Perth thing. Backed in or front first?

Supermarket carparks. Do you back into the carpark or nose in? I always back in. Makes for better vision on exit and a quick get away.
Until some dumb **** parks behind you too close and you can’t open your boot
