Just heard we are wearing YELLOW jumpers in the Round 20 clash with Carlton.
Is this for money or punishment?

i think we are wearing yellow jumpers to give pura milk some added value for their sponsorship dollar. pura may be considering other sponsorship options for next year and this is the clubs way of being proactive in trying to keep them as a major sponsor.

alternative strips will also be introduced next year for games with jumper clashes, the saints will be gauging the reaction of the supporters to the new jumper design and color.

i thought we had enough problems on the field without now being concerned about losing the major sponsor. lets hope the yellow jumpers go to convincing Pura to renew.
