rules and roles
  • Basic rules:

    Roles will be randomly assigned to all players, which will be communicated via PM (except villagers). The villagers must identify and kill all players not aligned with the village before these players can kill enough villagers to satisfy their win condition. Only one faction can win the game.

    Each turn will consist of two phases which combined make 1 full phase:

    Night phase (9:00pm – 9:00am AEDT)

    Day phase (9:00am – 9:00pm AEDST)


    Players with night actions have to use them during the night phase.

    Day phase lynching happens as normal.

    Voting:

    The reason for lynching rule will not be used for this game.

    Please bold the name of the player you wish to lynch and tag the moderator

    Votes will not be counted if they are not bolded & tagged - all valid votes will get a like. All players must vote for a player to be lynched. Votes to abstain will not be counted as a vote. If a player fails to vote or submit a night action in two consecutive nights or miss voting/night actions in two nights across the game they will be modkilled. Modkilled players might be invited into the Dead PM, depending on whether they are malicious, or just stupid.

    If there is a tie in voting, we will mulitlynch.

    Amulet protects against ALL night actions and lynch
    Blocking lowest rank evil does NOT block kill, unless there is only one left.

    DISCUSSING THE GAME

    While the game is running players are not permitted to discuss the game anywhere but in this thread, the Dead PM or PM’s related to this game, if you have one. Posting screenshots and quoting PM’s are prohibited. Players caught breaching these rules will be modkilled without warning and denied entry to the Dead PM.

    DEAD PLAYERS

    Players who are killed are permitted to post a farewell post provided that it does not impact the game (eg. “thanks for the game” or “good luck”). Dead players must leave the game immediately and are not permitted to post or like posts in the game thread or any PM they are a part of (except the Dead PM) until the end of the game.

    EDITING/DELETING POSTS

    Players are not permitted to edit or delete posts during the game. Doing so will result in the player being modkilled and not being permitted to joint the Dead PM.

    I have just been sent this PM and quite frankly I am disgusted at you all.


    Hi there, I am out of this game - I have noticed a toxic environment perpetuated by certain individuals within this thread which has made things for me near unbearable. Bullying, harassment, and mistreatment have become the norm, poisoning what should have been a supportive and nurturing werewolf game.

    I'm not going to sugarcoat it - the actions of those that voted for me has had a devastating impact on my well-being and mental health. Their relentless attacks, both overt and covert, have left scars that will take time to heal. Despite my efforts to address the situation through proper channels, the lack of meaningful action from them all has only exacerbated the problem.

    It's disheartening to see how this community tolerates such behaviour, turning a blind eye to the suffering of its players. This toxic culture not only drives away dedicated and hardworking individuals but also undermines the community’s values and integrity.

    I urge each of them to reflect on the role they play in perpetuating or combating workplace bullying. Silence and indifference only serve to enable bullies and perpetuate their reign of terror. Stand up, speak out, and be the change you wish to see in this community.

    But behind the facade of warmth and hospitality lurked a shadowy threat: the HR department of a corporate conglomerate known as "Corporate Dynamics." This little cafe was the last independent business standing in an area now dominated by Corporate Dynamics' chain stores. Determined to eliminate the competition, the HR department devised a sinister plan to hunt down and attack the Small Business Owner.

    It began with subtle threats and intimidation tactics, anonymous messages warning them to sell the cafe or face the consequences. But they refused to back down, not after pouring their life savings into Sunshine Brews – they would not let it go without a fight.

    There were wild scenes at the building site today as Wosh (villager) was discovered to be non-union and working during industrial action. As all good union members know, it is critical to uphold the principles of solidarity and collective action, especially during labour disputes such as strikes. Crossing a picket line and acting as a "scab" undermines the efforts of fellow workers and weakens the bargaining power of the union.

    If a member of the union chooses to cross the picket line and work during a strike or labour dispute, it may be considered a violation of union rules and principles. In such cases, the trade union may take disciplinary action against the member, which could potentially include termination of union membership, or indeed their lives, as has happened in this case
