the functionality behind it isn't great as sometimes it just dissapears and you have to reshow it but i'm sure it'll get work.... to get the list of subscribed forums at the time, you now have to watch a forum but they didn't carry over so you have to start again

yeah it's pretty bland looking but the impression i'm getting as that it will be changed.

the probably should've started with something more vibrant than communist grey and times new roman font... at least the latter is fixexd. but those would've been two simple changes that would've at leaxst give everyone a better firsxt impression.

Negatives:
Can we have the same colour scheme as the old bigfooty website? Would just make it easier on the eye.
Things also seem a bit too spaced out. Kind of like when you enlarge the font on your mums mobile phone because she has bad eye-sight.
Having to mouse over the thread page numbers to see how many pages a thread has is also tedious.
The new smilies are disgusting. Parrot will probably no longer post here lol.
Positives: pages load quicker.

Its a bit Claustrophobic compared to the old model but the slimline new BF is a lot quicker and most likely wont crash when drama hoppens , like Juddy leaving or this year when Koby goes somewhere else .

Do you mean the layout of the list, or the list itself? There is a list there that's hidden but it does look a lot different to the old list.

I think the changes are alright... will take some time getting use to.

Few things that could be improved imo:
- Threads need to be more distinctive. (Better spacing or larger font perhaps)
- The colour theme is yuk. Miss the big blue heading on the home page.
- More focus on the avatars ?. Kinda sends the wrong message that it's about the individuals making the thread and not the topic of discussion. Not sure I see the point in that.

To clarify - it's not a function that's currently supported by the software, or any existing plugins. It would require a fair bit of manual coding by the techies, which is not my department but I'd say it's unlikely to happen given that it's not a core feature. Maybe one day down the track, but I probably wouldn't hold your breath.

It's kind of a nuisance when merging anyway. I have that issue on another forum where we use VB, ends up looking like a mish-mash of different threads when I merge.
