The missus heard this one on SEN mid year and has been wanting to do something about it since.
On the monday after grand final she cut out a heap of articles put them in an enveloped addressed to Glenn Archer and the w***ers at Ringwood Mazda and sent it off.

They still haven't replied......

I love it how about a year or so ago about 90% of this board was ready to delist the so-called "hack" Toovey. Don't lie, I know that nearly all of you doubted him when he first started. He copped so much flack from so many keyboard bashers on here, it was unbelievable! I can still remember half the threads & if I had the time I'd bring up some of those past posts.

Now, not only has he improved out of sight, his is in our best 22 & a PREMIERSHIP PLAYER!

Until about the midway point of last season (2009), i thought Malthouse wouldn't lead us to a premiership. Always about the eveness of the team, I thought we needed more talent. Now I think we did get more talent, but I also think Malthouse's gameplan and philosophy completly grew on me over the past couple of years...Even last year after the finals I thought we were headed in the right direction. So I was wrong, but thankfully I jumped back aboard early. I'd always thought the team would improve on whatever it did in 2010 in 2011...Boy I hope im right about that!!

I definitely think the coaching succession plan was a great move though, it gave some urgency to the club and look what happened.

I can't believe we have stars and potential stars like Thomas, Pendlebury, Sidebottom, Beams, Reid, Dawes, Brown and Wellingham on our list, and they're all 23 or under, good to be a Pies supporter. (Piss off GWS) Definitely the best Collingwood team/list I have seen in my lifetime (27 years).

Funny, I haven't heard that ad for a while. Always thought it was a bit rich considering Norf's recent September chokage (when they used to actually make the 8)

On the Malthouse game-plan, I had doubts in 2009, but the 2010 model was most definitely a suped-up version, so not entirely wrong.

Had Leroy pegged as a liability, that was wrong. Leroy and his drill bit was too powerful to be denied. Got Barham wrong too, owe mdc some cashola when he returns.
