I dunno, im not sure any academy products weve produced so far have gone on to be 'Chelsea quality' elsewhere. Theres Bertrand but not sure who else?

They werent academy products.

Both signed in their late teens, Kev was loaned straight out for two seasons before Mou booted him after only 6 months and not much game time because he didnt like him. Rom didnt want to battle Ba, Torres and Eto'o for a spot so Mou cash him in.

I guess it'd be like mentioning Courtois.

He has the raw materials and a great football education. If he doesnt make it at Chelsea I"m sure he'll have a good career in the game.
