Yeah, i think our academy would be quite appealling. Its been successful results wise with back to back UEFA cups and a FA cup 3peat. We also are good at then loaning players out to the right level for development and make it easy for them to move to their club of choice if they want out.

Last(and hardest) piece of the puzzle is integrating into the first team. A couple are starting to do that so exciting times.

Someone on Spurs Community who is apparently close to the Edwards family and has had good info on him before has said that he has signed a pro-contract with the club. I doubt the club wwould announce it on social media but if true it's good news.

Unfortunately, apparently we've lost one of our promising 16 year olds who would have been a first year scholar this season in Nya Kirby. He was highly rated by England and the club and made a few U18s appearances last season but apparently he wasn't on a list of signed 1st year academy players that was released by the coach on twitter. Talk is that City, Arsenal, Chelsea and United were interested and may have offered him more money than we would have.

Tyler Reid has joined Swansea from United. Had 3 CB's and and 2 RB's in front of him so not surprising that he fancied his chances of making it better elsewhere. Is quick and a brick shithouse. Will end up a championship level, maybe lower PL level RB.

Joe Rothwell has signed with Oxford. Bloke has been injured for about 4 years. Look mint whenever he plays but it's pretty infrequent unfortunately.

Josh Harrop is leaving too apparently. England U20's CM but like Rothwell, always injured. If Harrop and Rothwell can get an extended run at it then they'll make it in the bottom half of the prem, top half of the championship imo.

United are having a fair cleanout and making a lot of signings atm.

Olusunde, Ercolani, Burkhart, O'Connor, Chong. All youth internationals, all very highly rated bar Olusunde. A lot more to come supposedly.

Rothwell is 21, Harrop 20, Reid, 17/18. The kids coming in are 16 and the ins outweigh the outs.

From what I've read it seems like he and his family are Chelsea fans, despite his dad working part time at Spurs, and that, along with the suitcase of money led to him leaving. Apparently he was the second best of his age group we had so there's no doubt it's a disappointing loss.

Axel Tuanzebe, James Wilson, Andreas Pereira, Fosu- Immensah, Dean Henderson and Joel Pereira are training with the first team and are likely to be going on tour. Would imagine that Sam Johnstone and Romero will be sold.

Surely you take more kids, isnt it a 40 man strong squad that you take on these tours? I think that's how it is on FM.

I assume we will be taking plenty of kids with us to America. Woodburn, Brannagan, Ejaria, Randall, Kent, Alexander-Arnold, Chirivella. Actually that's only seven kids.

A lot of the other guys are fringe players or older guys like Wisdom, Ilori, Stewart, B.Smith etc.

Then there are kids like Ojo, Grujic, Origi, Markovic who are still very young, but probably in the first team plans. I cant wait to see who goes on the US tour, it's always a big indicator on who the manager rates amongst the kids and who might get a chance to break through this coming season.

It also lets you know who is out the door.

I hear conflicting reports about him. One minute he is out the door, the next Klopp wants to give him a chance. Im hoping for the latter.
