JoGo is finally back for us. Might see him feature soon in some U23s for us.

Poor kid, started so well, seems like forever ago under Rodgers at LB for 5 or so games at the start of the season. Then did his knee. Only just back in full training now. Been a long road for him.

Yeah, I was really impressed with him last season. Has a fair bit still to work on but lots of potential.

Has huge potential. Glad to see him back. We need some extra cover in defense but Klopp is huge on fitness base. So even though he is back training, with no matches for a year I can see JoGo spending most of the season with the U23s to build match fitness.

we streamed the game vs derby on facebook. some real talent. lorenzo gonzalez scored twice, foden the other. uwe rosler's son colin played. he can play for either england or norway, represented both at u/16 level. believe everyone in the team was 16 too, as is quickly becoming the norm at this level.

Strange age range. Not much difference between 16 and 15 and if you're an outstanding 14 year old, you're probably playing in both age ranges.

there might be some restrictions down at that low of an age.

or just the fact that most clubs' academies are so large these days it's just so absolutely everyone can get out on the field.

UEFA Youth League time. English clubs have struggle a bit so far.

Yesterday Leicester beat Copenhagen, they're currently 3rd in their group with 3 points from 3.

Spurs lost to Leverkusen, they're bottom of their group without a point so far.

Today Arsenal are beating Ludogorets 1-0, close to half time. If they win they'll be level with 2nd placed PSG on 4 points, but PSG play later on today.

We play Barca in an hour or so, both sides unbeaten after the first two matches.

Arsenal won but so did PSG so Arsenal stay 3rd. We lost to a late Barca sucker punch. Played really well though, will be a good one to look out for in Manchester

He wants to stay and earn his spot back. I don't think he's better than Matip or Lovren but I think he'd do ok partnering with Klavan in cup games.
