One I can afford.

And preferably not surrounded by crack whores and druggies

/the end.

Sydney here so same as shell except qualifying statement doesn't apply

My dream money is no object house would be a townhouse style, rendered or brick, double story with:

- open plan
- white kitchen
- large living room
- inground rectangular pool with a little fountain + spa + BBQ area with a lounge
- extra living space which would have the billiard table
- 3 bedrooms, master with ensuite
- air con and ceiling fans
- floorboards downstairs, carpet up

Thats about it, nothing too unreasonable there imho.

Mine would be a suburban home in a nice street with cool neighbors. Ones that don't live in your pocket but you can have a cuppa every now and then. Enough bedrooms for guests. A wing right away from my room so my son can have his mates over. A pool. Bbq. Patio. Big kitchen. Ducted aircon. Nice bathrooms.

You forgot your mirror ceiling in the bedroom pg ;)

a minimalist open plan home with concrete floors, full floor to ceiling curved glass windows home with a grassed roof (or better still, half buried into the landscape). On slightly elevated land over looking a river or valley.

like this but preferably blended into the landscape better

Location (coastal) and weather (warm, usually sunny) are the most important factors for me.

Any well kept house close to or on the water in a prime spot is the goal - design features are merely an added extra.

Some particular locations I'd love to own property in are:

- Little Cove (Noosa), Qld
- San Sebastian, Basque Country, Spain
- Mermaid Beach, Qld
- East Coast/Sentosa Island, Singapore
- Byron Bay, Nsw
- Peniche Beach, Portugal

I guess I am kinda lucky. I have my dream home.

I have lived in 6 homes in my life (2 of my parents, then my first unit (2 bedder), my first villa (3 bedder), my first home (which was extensively renovated and a big learning process) and now my dream architectural designed grand design which I would change absolutely nothing.

Post some exterior pic pls

Eh not 90%. GOR is fine I'd think Dec/Jan- April.

And I've been down there before in Winter, is actually kinda nice.
Born and raised around the Mornington Peninsula. Jan-April is generous. Summers are lovely with the warm evenings prolonged by daylight savings. The only positive of living down there though imo.
