I love Preliminary Final weekend, it’s the best weekend of the year. Christmas come early. As a Crows supporter obviously 97 is up there but as a neutral I’d have to say Hawthorn v Melb 87.

Last year against Melbourne was pure bliss. We brought an on fire Dees to their knees.

As a contest, there have been so many classics over the years it's hard to pick one. Plugger kicking a point after the siren for the Swans in 96, the 2007 PF between Collingwood and Geelong, 2013 PF between Hawthorn and Geelong where they broke the Kennett curse.

Outside of Richmond, the GWS vs Bulldogs 2016 Preliminary Final was a cracker. It is one of my favourite PFs.

Also the Collingwood and Hawthorn 2011 GF was a tight tussle.

Port probably would have won against Sydney the next week if Moore kicked the goal with a minute or so to go.. Missed opportunity

Essendon v Hawthorn in 2001 was a great game.

Trent Croad had a shot from outside 50 in the last minute to win. It looked like it was going in all the way and then hit the post 2/3 high. If that goal goes in then Croad doesn't get traded for pick 1 (Hodge).

The game was also infamous for Goldspink gifting Essendon 3 goals in the first quarter. Hawks fans never forgave him.

2017 v giants, 90,000 tiger fans, the atmosphere was unbelievable watching us make a grand final for the first time in 35 years.

2006 vs Crows at Footy Park. Down by 22 pts after a poor first half....enter Judd, Cousins, Cox, Kerr and Hunter to engineer us a famous Finals win en route to a Grand Final rematch against Sydney.

As a neutral, I’d go with 2013 the end of the Kennett curse.
