It comes from using the BF app (which I believe will soon go the way of the DinoSoar). There's a way to turn that off but I forget how, I changed from the app to using a browser on my device ages ago.

Dedicated apps almost universally suck; their primary purpose is to "require" permissions above their minimal requirements, in order to harvest your location, contact list, Bluetooth devices, blah blah woof woof.
