What was the first number you ever had on your collingwood jumper and why?

Mine was number 26 for Gavin Brown, loved watching how he played, hard as at it, good skill, epitamised collingwood

Only ever 26, was Gavin Brown as a kid growing up, now the jumper is numberless.

I've never had a number tbh. Would have been Sav or Browny. They were my faves when I got my first guernsey.

Never had a number - I've never been able to pick one favourite player.

I support the team first and foremost, rather than single players.

number 18 for me....loved and still love licca...cause he just worked his guts off to make up for his lack of talent and i love guys like that...so i hope he finds some form soon!

First was #42, back when I was a little lad. Millane was my mums fav player. And from footage, can easily see why. Then I went to 35 after Millanes unfortunate passing. Wore 35 for years, even after Daics retired. Then I thought I should finally change and went to #20. Then Benny was quickly becoming my fav player (after Bucks of course) so I switched to #26 at the end of the 2005 season. Still have it on my back. Hope he becomes captain. :thumbsu:

beautiful long raking kick....sadly had chalky bones with broken leg & arm in consecutive seasons
