We got a big tank, costs a thousand euros to fill. I check the level every 2 or 3 days and die a little inside. Am hoping usage drops significantly once the weather starts warming up.
Fuel is expensive in EU

Induction is better than gas (quicker and cleaner and more controllable) and I ve got solar panels so its freeish
Just have to wait for the solar guy to come back from his surfing comp to fix my invertor

You're right! Petrol here is around $2.30 AUD per litre. We had induction in our last couple of places and were very happy to have gas again.

I can see the gas ships on the horizon ready to take our cheap gas to the world but I cant get any here in a pipe, just dirty soot making LPG in over priced bottles, that blackens the bottom of everything and solar makes electricity very cheap and green
 
The induction paella pan i wanna buy is out of stock
I was wrapt my enamel paella pan works on the induction
Doing the Spanish Chicken in it now

Ive got a real one but its more like a seasoned wok version that will work on the induction but its too dirty to have indoors now with the new kitchen

My first world problem is trying to source a good stainless steel out door cabinet for my uglier but much loved cookware

That looks amazing! Cast iron is the ****, great for searing, and love that you can move it straight from the hot plate to the oven. And if you season well they're basically non stick.

Staying in an Airbnb and it only has an electric BBQ. Absolutely the biggest piece of rubbish I have ever used. Why are electric cars so good but electric cooking appliances so limp wristed?
