Water radiators. They're old school but they have a nice warmth. I find heating ducts a bit suffocating.Central heating on tank gas?

You're right! Petrol here is around $2.30 AUD per litre. We had induction in our last couple of places and were very happy to have gas again.Fuel is expensive in EU
Induction is better than gas (quicker and cleaner and more controllable) and I ve got solar panels so its freeish

Cast iron is the ****, great for searing, and love that you can move it straight from the hot plate to the oven. And if you season well they're basically non stick.
