I was the same for a while.
you need to laugh everyday.
find a comedian a podcast and make sure you find 30 (of laughs). Combine with find 30 of exercise if you can.
Walking around with earphones in listening to something that make you laugh and you suddenly dgaf about being by yourself.
I went thru entire back catalogues of podcasts i found funny and then just found comedians youtube clips and listened to them.

My awesome thermos coffee mug leaked so I chucked it, I bought a cheap one to replace it and it leaks and doesn't even keep the coffee hot for long. My old one was awesome, could leave it in the car, go to a meeting and it would still be hot afterwards.

Probably need to not be a tight arse and buy a good one, my last one was free though.

I spent 7 bucks and it's shit compared to my last one. My last one I got with my induction pack at this job, lasted 2 and a half years, I used to leave it in my laptop bag full and it would never leak.

Ah come to think of it- the Kmart one leaks. But i only have it on my desk/carry it to classes so yeah. Its always upright basically.

Then I see news articles or a sad story and it puts me in my place.

The fact that someone is suffering more doesn't discount your own problems or suffering. You're perfectly entitled to be bummed out at things, pissed off at things or aggrieved by things where others would trade places with you in an instant. Human emotion and response isn't designed to be rational and broadly speaking everyone feels the same range of emotions, it's ok to feel yours.

My scroll up/down buttons on my Foxtel remote are broken. The select button works, but only just. I can only select channels by punching in the number or channel up/down. If I want to record something to the box then replay it I have to use the buttons on the box.

I got a Kmart one for $2 I think. Works a treat but every now and then the ring seal falls out in the dishwasher and I don't realise until I've spilt coffee all over me in the car on the way to work.

I remember the umbrella repair men in Turkey and they also drilled out, refilled, then plugged up your disposable lighter, when it ran out of gas.

Na the ring that goes around the lid and seals it when screwed on, sometimes falls out in the dishwasher. When you take a sip it slowly leaks and drops all over you

Things that dont cost alot of money/or little:

- stuff around the community- free classes/exercise classes
- get outside get exercise- walk/ swimming (pool costs $5)
- volunteer work- soup kitchens, etc
- free tours and stuff around the city.
- online courses.

I really need to motivate myself to do some of this stuff. Been busy at work but once summer comes and the work dries up I really need to make more of an effort.

I do a fair bit already but still have gaps.

Work. Just finished 6 month contract of 4 shifts a week changing to 7 a ftn but can do overtime.

Church once a week.
Dinner group once a month.
Coffee group once a month.
Soul sisters which is like a women only catch up once a month.
I lead out a women’s group once a ftn.
Go to a mixed group the other week.

And then just do other stuff randomly. Go out with the work girls occasionally.
