The issue is there is another above that person that is protecting the bully
It's frustrating and annoying!
If you do go down that path, be careful where and when you record. There's no point putting yourself offside with surveillance laws.
Ive found the higher up you get the more you get bullied by your peers, mainly related to one-upmanship in my case. Not easy to deal with that’s for sure.

This is much more than a first world problem.
Stress leave is definitely an option.
I'm sure that will make them pull their finger out when they have to pay you for not being at work. Probably make them give the other person the flick.

I sympathise with anyone who cops it at work, I had to put up with it for a year and a half at one job and I ended up quitting because of it.

Also, Xtreme , you don't have to audio record things. Just start a diary with times, dates and people in attendance when bullying happens (and what was said). When you raise the matters with superiors, document that as well and even let them know that you've began documenting when incidents occur.

I'm not the only person with an issue, this person has form with both employees and even clients. One client filed a report a few weeks ago! Never met someone with such a toxic attitude toward others (ignoring my Bay13 persona for 5 seconds).
I've started being vocal and mentioned Brodie's Law (kind of like a last roll of the dice before I get out of there), especially after last week where more people cottoned on that I was indeed being targeted.

My son demanded to watch Sarah and Duck yesterday, I explained it’s not on a streaming service as far as I know, maybe choose between the 100s of other options he has, no good apparently.
