The blatant disregard for your time companies have when you're applying for jobs with them. Included in this is online applications which ask for your resume and then ask you to list everything in it anyway. And it's always in different fields so it's not a mass copy/paste type situation.
"See attached resume"

“All fields are required to be filled in”

Yep, and if you paste in each field: "Refer to CV for details, attached" the gatekeeper the fields, who is someone who doesn't care whether the position is filled or not, let alone whether it's filled with the best candidate will just remove you from the pool.

I had one mob that offered me a job, which I accepted verbally, then said: "Oh we need you to pass two background checks before you can start. They typically take 2-3 weeks each, and the second can't start until the first is completed".

Thankfully in that case I was able to counter with: "I'm currently active in the market and will remain so until someone gives me an acceptable contract, which I'll take" and I started on the Monday. But their next starter? Started 6 weeks after the offer was made. It's bullshit.

The home-brew ingredients I ordered not arriving for a few days. I can't wait so need to do a Big W click and collect tomorrow so I can brew tomorrow.

Also related I'd run out of homebrew (well stuff that was ready to drink) so I had to buy my first slab since January yesterday.
Where do you buy from? I get my stuff from Grain and Grape in Yarraville, awesome guys. Not sure how you brew but I use this crew a lot as well, really good.
