As has been said, if we assume sex/weddings/kids (usually in that order) are a given, simply the decision to move to London in my 20s. It had the flow-on effect of so many great experiences, seeing new countries, great bands and festivals, sport, just the experience of living and working there, even if I didn't realise at the time that it was an important part of my life.
