This is my current pre season for 2005, it's due to change though.

Monday - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Tuesday - Cardio (Agility, Leap and Endurance)
Wendsday - Back/Forearms/Biceps
Thursday - Cardio (Endurance, Speed and Skill Work)
Friday - Abs and Lower Body
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Cardio (Endurance, Speed, Skill Work, Agility and Leap)

This is only intil i start training with either Crib Point or Hasting seniors for awhile.

I've been training for about 5 years and went from 104kgs to 67 kgs over about 18 months. A few years on... i'm now training to lose bodyfat again without sacrificing muscle.
Mon - Chest and Shoulders
Tues - Back and Legs
Wed - No weights
Thurs - Biceps and Triceps
Friday - Chest and Shoulders if i'm not still sore. If i am i'll go for a long walk or get on the stationary bike.

When i weight train i do 8-9 sets per body part with 6-8 reps.

I train abs up to 6 days a week. Training for ab strength, one day, ab fitness the next and then ab power. i usually do each of those twice a week.

As far as supplements go, right now i'm taking whey which i feel is almost a neccessity for weight trainers. Other than that atm i'm only really taking a multivitamin. I'm planning on getting bak into creatine for when my bodyfat levels are back down to a decent level.
You guys/girls looking for some quality muscle i can recommend taking VP2 as your postworkout shake. I can only speak for myself, but this is probrably the quickest protein to absorb into the muscle. Mix it with water and some dextrose....glucodin is a good choice.
i've got 3 months of working out before i go back to uni next year so i'm going to be pushing hard to get rid of the few extra pounds i put on while hibernating for the last 5 months.
If you've got the cash get on a thermogenic...hydroxycut has always worked well personally.

go to the gym 4-5 times a week.
20min cardio.

ive actually lost 4kgs over the past 2 months while doing this. i wasnt really aiming to do this because i was a good build before hand- 189cm, 84kgs to 80kgs. im hitting the weights pretty hard, its not like im doing much cardio at all. does anyone have a solution to this?

Six to eight stubbies a night, pizza at least once a week. Working a charm. Have lost 9 kilos in the last year.

By the way, WTF is this :

Very much the same as me. Member of the uni gym but only hit the gym in bursts. Cant keep myself motivated.

I run about 50km a week, just started this week for next season.

Usually do 7-8km a day and have a day off

Jesus! You're not wrong about Day 2 being massive! Thats a killer dude!

The more i get into all of this though, the more i realise there are no rules (except rest) and there are so many different ways to approach it all.

What supplements do you take Sabre?

Yer its huge but my body was kinda outta wack.
I had this massive back muscles and arms and my chest had fallen behind so I had to fix that up :P

I dont take supplements, cant afford it.
I used to have protien drinks....well skim powdered milk which is meant to be just as good.

But stoped, I am happy getting there the long way. Its a life long thing with me I am in no rush.

Swimming. Its the perfect cardio excersise for those who want to keep the lungs pumping, but dont want to risk burning muscle or who dont need to worry about burning fat too much.

Because you're in the water, your body temperature will never reach the levels its needs to burn. And it has the added bonus of helping quicken you recovery from any soreness you may have from lifting weights.

http://www.cityhealth.com.au/shop/default.asp is by far the cheapest site i've come across (and trust me, i've searched!!) for those who may baulk at what are some ridiculous prices for some supplements. Way cheaper than any store i've been into as well.

I fully respect that too though. It is very possible to get a bit too wrapped up in the whole supplement mentality and before you know it you're taking 29 pills per day for a whole myriad of supposed benefits because thats what the manufacturers will have you believe you need to do.

I do think a quality protein as well a cycle of creatine here and there is pretty fundamental to maximising one's weight training results though.

I go to gym 3 times a week...and alternate one day with chest, shoulders triceps and some other stuff and cardio with biceps back legs both days with abs...then I do boxing with my personal trainer for cardio benefits I want to trim down and tone

Everyday

Pullups
Pushups
Bicep Curls

I gave up on getting a six pack. My religion for Doritos prohibits a flat stomach ;)

I know guys that guzzle protien shakes like its water yet only hit the gym twice a week.
You have to put in the hard yards the supplements are just that, they help.
