A computer geek friend of mine was annoying me and trying to 'tweak' my programs and profiles while I was otherwise happily reading up on bar codes. He insisted I needed a homepage. I asked him why, and he had no answer other than that I needed one. I told him I wanted the bar code page I was looking at to be mine.

He got quite upset, and wanted to know why I wanted to open up to a FAQ on bar codes. I told him, "I love bar codes, and what business is it of yours that I love them? I want to see them everyday. I'll never tire of reading about bar codes."
