Left hand side of green
Runs full length of Green
Pin is in the middle of Green

Rake sits sideways in the bunker, pointing towards the flag/hole

Was going alright until the 15th hole, looking at a 77/78. Lost ball after hitting it into a clear area off the tee.

Stopped caring after that.

Two birdies, including a sixty foot putt from just off the green, down a tier.

I was even after 5 at Rosebud CC, lost interest myself... hit a few decent shots, one 7 Iron to about 8ft was nice into the wind from 142m, real quality off the back toe (was a bullet). Obviously 3 putted (held a nice 6ftr for Bogey lol FML).

I'm a cat. Shouldn't be permitted on courses anymore. Did hit a 3Wood 228m into the wind to about 15ft so maybe there's some life in the old dog yet!

-5 par today. Wiped the first three and last three holes. Played will in the middle including two birdies in a round for the first time ever. Wind was BRUTAL and pretty much the opposite direction so made for an interesting change.

There are some decent tiers on greens at Heidelberg. Thinking 4, 6, 10. If the 60 foot putt was down the tier on 4 would have loved to see it.

If I did it on 6, I’d retire from golf as I’d never be able match anything close to that.

4 is a nightmare if you’re above the hole. Especially back left to front right. There’s about 8 tiers on that green.

18 holes. 6 over, with x2 birdies and x2 doubles. 31 putts. Played really well including one of the best pars I've ever made on a par 5. Doubles were disappointing but one of those was the 1st where I just walked up and hit. So both very happy and a bit disappointed.

If this mongrel Easterly keeps up tomorrow is going to be very interesting (brutal) at the Dunes.
Might empty the bag, just take my Mini Driver and 4R and try and hit low stingers all day.
3, 9, 11 and 15 will be downwind, everything else into or across.
Putting will be a nightmare.

My club is as exclusive as they come and the bunker raking is an absolute lottery. Won’t even mention the evil morons who don’t leave rakes in the middle of bunkers

Rakes are left out of bunkers at my home course. I’ve never understood leaving a rake in the bunker. Good luck getting the rake to the middle of the bunker if it’s massive.

Been back at it 18 months after only playing occasionally for the last 25 years. Had to change my swing due to a shoulder issue and it's been a slog working through changes to get things working. Anyway, finally got things in the right direction and managed a +8 Par score to smash the Saturday comp. Feels like a breakthrough, but then who knows with golf.

Yes 60 foot putts on 6 would nightmares

1st time in played Heidelberg was senior Pennant. Hit my 3rd into 4 not far behind the flag which was at the front. Walked up the hill expecting a makable birdie putt. Saw my ball 12 foot from the hole on the tier above and thought how do I even stop this. Your slick greens don't help on those putts.
