1st pic is a nice little downhill par 3...120mts. I hit a 3/4 9i. Pretty straightforward in benign conditions.

2nd pic, 14th hole, 260m.
Big hitters can take it on.
Or 3W down the middle to left edge of green, chip up.
Or layup in middle of fairway and short iron/wedge in.

I chose the 3W option, thinned it into the bunkers on the right and that was all she wrote....wiped it. :)
I got on the green when i was there and 3 putted :(

🤣 He shot the lights out Fri, in shocking conditions, no wet weather gear, shorts and tshirt….different breed 🤪
He had a 5 shot lead over the field coming into the final round, ended up about 11 behind I think…..pressure got to him.
I don’t know you do I?

We may have played together before. Have played the sunday games with the brothers when they need another number. Send us a PM

Also that's classic PR. Pressure got to him

Haha. You know what to do!

I knew and look out a fairway wood,....cause i coudlnt be ****ed and it was late in teh day. pulled it left of the left fairway trap. Hit a 9 iron atthe green without looking where the pin was or distance. Over the back. a few putts.

Went and hit a bag of balls last after work on our practice hole. Probably my biggest issue is over confidence. Hitting beautiful 7i's then for some reason start trying to draw them in and fade them. Completely lose my swing again. I'm an idiot, but shaping shots is still heaps of fun, so there's that.

Would say that Vic would be my favourite course I have played.

PAR comp maybe not, because if it was stableford I am on 22 at the turn ha
It's the most amazing short course

Simply put - the course design is sublime

Amazing how horrible his old man is at the same game 😂

(Akron Firestone North—not the South Course)

Alexander Eckstein (NOPGA) won most points in the event, 37, in shooting a round of 1-under par 71. He made four birdies on the day.

Had a lesson a few weeks ago, tweaked a few things, and as a result have gone through the regression before getting better. Signs have been good the last couple of rounds, and today seemed like it was all coming together. 3 over after 5, had just birdied a par 3, then the group of four in front called me through. ruShed my tee shot, lost ball, and all downhill from there.
Back on the horse for 9 tomorrow afternoon after work.
