had probably 15 nxts in the bag for round 1 (plus a bunch of crappy balls of other brands). afterwards, restocked with another dozen in the pro shop.

didnt need to break the new 12 on round 2.

didnt play today. absolutely buggered from yesterday.

Played Eynesbury today, managed 32 stableford points and played some good long shots. My putting however, was rubbish! Very frustrating..

after a week off played up at yarrambat this arvo (only cause its the closest course to me) & went alright didnt count my stokes just counted stableford points & finished with 41, which i was wrapped with. only had 16 on the front (that was the back i played 10-18 then 1-9) then just fired up had 12 points in the 1st 4 holes on the 2nd 9 & finished with 7 in the last 2 holes.

disappointed in myself yesterday. was basically a zombie all day, moving slowly with pain in legs and feet. but really wanted to have another round/2 to complete the trifecta.

went to the growling frog after work tonight WOW is that course in awesome condition right at the moment get up there if you ever get the chance. played an average front 9 with a 53 just couldnt hit a driver at all, the back nine was a little better & had a 49. so all in all 102 not the best golf i have ever played but a hard course so i should accept it i spose. sure beats sitting on the couch as well

What is the evening special out there? Might go out there this week if the weather isn't too bad.

not sure if there is an evening special, i paid for 9 then at the turn went back into the pro shop & said can i pay the difference & he said dont worry about it just go. i saw something about $25 for whittlesea residents after 1.30 on weekdays so you could just make up an address if you really wanted to.

I'd retired from golf by then. Both courses have couch fairways now. (The west course didn't when first built.)
I doubt if there could be better fairways anywhere. They were cut slightly lower than normal for the Trainee tournament about 3 weeks ago and were like carpet.

86 at Kingston links. Happy with that. Pair of 43 for both 9s.

No 65 but I'm going to get there one day.

Irons 100-150 very solid for me. But putting really let me down. 43 puts I think.

had 101 @ craigieburn today, had a stinker was loosing the plot completely hated every moment of it, thought the course was pretty ave as well wont be back there anytime soon. had 50 & 51

how is kingston links looking now don? last time i played there it had just been flooded & the grass hadnt grown back

I hit 11 greens in regulation.

It was 41 in the end, had a look at GolfShot.

My putting has been very solid, mid 30s of late. I 3 putted 6 times. Unacceptable. I'd rather stuff my shots and 1 or 2 put then get onto the green so well and **** around on there.
